At Better Graphic Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality 3D Interior Rendering and 3D Exterior Rendering services to meet the expectations of our clients. Because our services involve custom digital work created specifically for each client, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
By purchasing any service from our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Nature of Digital Rendering Services
Our services include the creation of custom 3D visualizations, which require design time, technical expertise, and resource allocation. Once a project has begun, work is performed specifically for the client and cannot be resold or reused.
For this reason, refunds are only available under specific circumstances.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
a) Before Project Work Begins
You may request a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the project work has started.
b) Within Initial Design Phase
If work has begun but is still within the initial concept or drafting stage, a partial refund may be issued. The refund amount will be determined after deducting the cost of work already completed.
c) After First Draft Delivery
Once the first rendering draft or preview has been delivered, refunds are generally not available, as the service has already been performed.
Instead, we will offer revisions to meet the agreed project requirements.
d) After Final Delivery
After the final render files are delivered, the order is considered completed, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Revision Policy
Client satisfaction is important to us. If the delivered rendering does not meet the agreed specifications, we offer reasonable revisions based on the project scope.
Revisions may include adjustments to:
- Materials and textures
- Lighting conditions
- Camera angles
- Minor design corrections
Major design changes that significantly alter the original project brief may require additional charges.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after project work has started
- Client delays in providing required project materials
- Requests for design changes outside the original project scope
- Completed projects where final files have been delivered
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference rather than project specifications
6. Project Cancellation by the Company
Better Graphic Solutions reserves the right to cancel a project due to:
- Lack of required information from the client
- Violation of our Terms of Use
- Inappropriate or unlawful project requests
In such cases, a partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of the project.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
